- Shiatsu – It was originated from Japan. It involves a pressure technique of the fingers. - Hot Stone massage – it uses smooth, heated river stones placed on energy points and in the palms of masseur. The heat from the stones is said to loosen up stiff muscles and improve blood circulation
- Deep Tissue massage – It manipulates the tissues and muscles but some experts are concerned over the potential to damage tissues.
